The data can account for 4.2(conservatively) of the 5 wins. My eyes tell me that Dwight is worth at least an additional win or two that the numbers cannot explain based on his leadership, scheming, etc.

Nothing..you already lost by trying to argue the definition of conservative by using only numbers when numbers don't tell the whole story.
But the numbers show that your estimate was LIBERAL. So even if the numbers don't tell the whole story, their shortcomings don't make your estimate CONSERVATIVE.

Not one of Boom's finer MSB afternoons, that's for sure.

It's not conservatively when you had to use data from other seasons. When you look at the actual point differential of the losses though, you see that 5 wins would be extremely difficult. To get more than 5 wins, you would have had to win ALL of the single digit losses and a loss that was 11 points or greater. That is NOT conservative.

Which would be accounted for in the 3.6 wins he added during the 41 games he did play. If these variables have a positive impact, then we would see much of that in the data (e.g., plus-minus differential, etc).

I don't have any interest in arguing definitons with you bro. It's a chore to post in ANY thread that you pop into because you drag it down and take it off topic nit picking and arguing about stuff that isn't even relevant to thread!!. I like to post about sports not definitions and room for error when I say one team is better than the next. Gonna have to ignore your posts going forward man sorry it came to this.

So you make the ridiculous statements, then can't back them up and refuse to acknowledge the absurdity of your statements--as evidence by everyone disagreeing with you--so you're going to ignore me? Well I enjoy your ridiculousness so I'm going to keep calling it out as I see it. As an objective person, you should appreciate it.
