Careful, you'll have Burn Loot Mangle after your yard, vehicles, house, etc.

MJ was ROY, all nba, defensive player of the year, and an MVP by year four

I’m talking about the physical beating he took.

You’re a bit of an old head so you’ll get this but let’s look at the parallels in the history of the NBA with the face of the league and its popularity. The NBA became popular on the backs of the Bill Russell Celtics with Russell as the face of the league and Wilt to some degree. Russell is the quintessential statesman and Wilt though more bombastic was also likable and relatable. Those personalities led to popularity and expansion of the league. Then you get to the 70s with Kareem who was introverted, divisive and angry which led to a fall in popularity, leaving the NBA on life support before Magic and Bird who saved the league with Magic’s almost Disney like, joyous persona and Bird’s low key but very respectful personality. Then you have MJ, all business on the court but very approachable, media savvy and overall mass appeal to the public, shooting the league into a global powerhouse. Now you have Lebron, selfish, perpetual victim, divisive, doesn’t want to lead and the league is in turmoil with popularity dropping. It’s not hard to understand what’s going on if you’re not some idiot fanboy who deifies Lebron.
You have fallen for propaganda. Extremely obvious propaganda.

People couldn’t handle the ghetto culture of the ATP tour
Almost nobody practices with a shirt on
Even the old heads were ghetto attention whores

As usual when you don’t like reality you just make up a new one. I’ve seen your alternate history of past eras posted before, it all comes from a bubble of fanboy rumors and has zero basis in fact.

quote:the only reason the league exists goes back to the 80s and 90s. If the NBA was judged in the actual product on the field it would be more like the Globetrotters.
The Old heads are starting to realize how classless Lebron and a lot of the younger guys are.

Those guys back then were about as skilled as Brian Scalabrine. Bron would average 60
