I was flipping channels one morning and arrived on the channel on and it was four blacks and a Jew.

Well with all due respect, I was offering a reason for poor ratings... and one of the many reasons is because of ESPN’s incessant injection of politics into sports.

They are paying a ton of money for a show that very few people are watching. Even the suits at ABC will not stand for that very long. I give the shows three more months at the same Pace it is going currently. The only reason they are getting the three more months is because of the money they have invested in the product. Otherwise, the show would have already been canceled.

Looks like I’m in the minority, but I think until a couple of years ago, M&M were consistently funny. Then they started letting their political feelings go out on the air. Show killer.

Let's see... ratings are very poor... dumpster fire poor. And they are poor possibly because Beadle is bringing politics into the discussion on a sports show, and quite honestly, nobody wants that. As is evidenced by the ratings. But hey... carry on with your inane crap postings.

It's a combination of a bad show I assume (never watched it but it sounds awful) and imo just sports programming in general and how media is consumed.
I can only use myself as an example, but I haven't put on ESPN for a non-game in probably 5-years. I don't watch pre or post game and certainly won't tune in to see a bunch of idiots with bad opinions debating each other.
The show was doomed from the start and their whole business model is screwed. They know it and are trying to cater to the lowest common denominator of viewer like Maury or some crap.
Satellite radio, blogs focusing on analytics and quality writing and most importantly cutting the cord have killed ESPN.
Anyone with a brain is not watching their drivel, which leaves morons for their core audience so you get dumbfricks like Stephen A and Skip Bayless being their stars.
Apparently, even idiots don't like the new show.
ps Mike and Mike was pretty awful too. It's great for casual fans with "hot takes" but anyone that knows anything about anything sports related couldn't possibly enjoy that junk. I will admit that I tuned in during commercials on other shows (in the car) especially if Schefter or someone decent was on. I don't get watching a radio show on TV though - never did that.

I watch it for games and most of the 30 for 30 specials only. . Well... to be fair, I do watch SEC now on the SEC network just for a recap of what happened. And during football season, I'll tune in to some of the SEC network programming, but on the normal ESPN networks, I can't remember the last time I watched something that wasn't a game or a 30 for 30.
The rest of it is just horrible programming that they either haven't figured out is horrible, don't care is horrible or think we are stupid and will tune in anyways.
