ND is good but SC is a mediocre team. Helton is one of the worst coaches in the country

Both. Notre Dames closest win is by 20 over otherwise unbeaten Michigan State. Notre Dame played Georgia to the wire and lost by 1. Georgias next closest win is by 21.
USC is good by far from great. They may still win a down Pac 12. They'd be the second favorite behind Washington who is vulnerable.

it definitely seems like both. USC has been mediocre all year. This has been well confirmed before tonight. Notre Dame still had a couple of question marks it looks like they are legit.
