not sure why you replied to me. I have watched > 20 rockets games this year. Im not saying harden ist good. He is... but they way he goes about it takes away from his play. If he would jusy play basketball, and showcase his talent then he would have more respect. There is a reason westbrook will win mvp, no one likes watching a guy diving into players to draw fouls just to shoot freethrows and rack up pts

It's a legit question. The Rocketards call you rustled yet they are the ones pitching a fit that it might be true. Other star players watch Harden draw fouls and emulate him. His ability to create unnecessary contract all but eliminates being able to go over the top of screen. He's got plenty of skills, but the answer may very well be yes to your question.

you could say the same thing about Jordan, who got to the line just as much. So did Wade. So do most elite scorers.

1- dont ever mention jordan in same sentence with that guy
2- dwade is shite

If you truly think that is why Westbrook is going to win MVP then I don't know what to tell you

Biggest skill? Hell no, it is certainly a very strong trait of his though.

Because your take that he wouldn't avg 20 ppg without fouls is stupid. Harden is a point creator whether it be by drawing fouls (which 9 times out of 10, they are legit fouls), his shooting ability, or his setting up shots. He is arguably the best 1 on 1 player in the association today.

He did shoot over 50% from the field.

yeah if he can draw a foul. Because if they rely on him making shots they screwed. See the game that just went off, couldnt draw a foul... choked when it mattered and he actually had to make a shot.

Wait you really believe he can't make shots? You didn't watch 20+ rockets games this season. Conveniently you're going to disregard the clutch 3 he hit late in the 4th to tie it.

which is odd

putting points on the board, keeping time on the clock, while simultaneously putting the other team in foul trouble is good stuff

WOAH WOAH, fricking WOAH!

Why was he not giving his teammates a chance? Why would he do SO much?

Seriously though, I bet he was trying for spectacular stats.

ETA: Oh and 18 from the line ya a hole.

You win. He's horrible. He's really bad and shouldn't even be in the NBA.

I'm guessing this is what you're pressing at.

You've watched about 1 shot of James Harden basketball apparently. If he didn't make a concerted effort to get his teammates involved, he'd be putting up insane scoring totals. He will pass up so many bunnies within 10 feet to kick out to open teammates for 3.

So 26 not from the line, because for whatever reason we feel like we need to subtract his ft to make stupid points even though elite scorers get to the line close to the same clip.

People like this oleyeller dumb arse are exactly what frustrates "rockettards" like me. I love James being able to create points off of fouls, he has made it an art. When people start saying he can't do anything but that it is annoying because obviously they haven't watched him play hardly and spew ignorant drivel as fact.

My favorite thing on earth is people not Lebroning.

Lebron is the best 1 on 1 player. There's no argument.

Why aren't you Lebroning?
