He isn't worth crap playing for the Heat. He's the third option behind Wade and James. He gets overshadowed by their 30+ pt games constantly.
Send him to another team where he is their second option and watch his numbers go back up.

if he wins a title this year he'll get in
its amazing what playing in Toronto can do to your image
he's only 26 or 27.

Don't need to.
You could make the argument for Marcus Thornton to be in the HOF - that doesn't mean it would be a sound one.

Thats why i told you to read...I dont think he'll get into the HOF
If you would have taken 10 seconds to scroll up and read a post you would have figured out why I asked the question

If the Heat win 3 or more NBA titles with him on the roster, he is a lock.

Is Jermaine O'Neal a future HOFer? Because the two players are pretty comparable.
Posted on 5/27/11 at 12:56 pm to Bench McElroy
O Neal was better than Bosh, but he had too small of a peak to be a HOF'er imo.

What does Lester Earl know about what it takes to make the HoF?
Dirk not a hall of famer

No way. He had like 4 maybe 5 good years.

a guy who is a perennial all-star, puts up 20 pts and 8-10 boards for 10+ years, if he wins multiple championships in miami, yea he has a decent shot
i don't understand people completely dismissing the idea, he's put up strong numbers for years in toronto, stats have a lot to do with it.

Bosh will have a title after this year, Dirk will not.
that goes a long way in HOF discussions
Bosh isnt a HOF right now. The question was "future" HOFer.

Not really, Mavs are winning it all.
and no MVP has ever not made the Hall of Fame.
