Offensive and defensive rating has proven to be better predictor of team success than won loss record. Wouldn't expect you to know that TBH. You thought holiday had a good game bc he scored 17 points and 6 assist without even having the acumen to take a look at his fg% and see that it was under 30%. Or see the 4 turnovers

No we never said that. What we said is the CC D is average over the season. Well above average the last month.

A nine game stretch of any stat isn't a strong predictor of anything, however a 21 game stretch of going about .500 is.
And please keep repeating a point that I've already admitted that I was wrong about twice in this same thread. It really shows how much you've been grasping at straws lately.

The math tells you they are winning by more now when they win that earlier in the year. and losing by less when they lose.
Hypothetical :
If you go 3-1 with 3 two point wins and a 10 point loss.
Then go 2-2 with 2 20 PT wins and 2 2 pt losses.
net rating will increase even though the record is worse.
