Very interesting read on what should and will happen to Penn St. as applied using institutional vs. individual liability arguments.

Given the gravity of the situation and the sheer number of people who were apparently actively covering up for this horrific scandal, I don't think Mark Emmert would be unreasonable in issuing the death penalty to their program.

I think they should hold off on everything, until after the President, VP, & AD go to trial

I think they will as well. EVERYTHING will become public record and then the NCAA can rule.

But to say that Penn State didn't violate any bylaws, rules, etc. is asinine.
