Those votes at #23 went to NDSU. Officially NDSU has 3 votes in the AP poll which are all from his ballot

Also UCONN did go undefeated (9-0-3) in regulation but that is absurd to rank them. They had the lowest SOS in the country

No he said they were 9-0-3 in regulation, which is true. They won 9 games all in regulation. The 3 games they loss were in overtime.
