I would add soft porn in the evenings. have Charissa Thompson, Erin Andrews, wendy nix, Jen Brown etc all participate at least once a week for our viewing pleasure. Aside from that I wouldn't change anything else, ESPN may annoy a lot of us but they are raking in the dough.

I would move the studio or HQ down south. At least get them near the championship teams, which are mostly SEC teams.

They have 120 hours of programming per day between the 5 channels. I'd get rid of some stale personalities like Berman and Scott, but won't pretend I can make that many programming hours much better.

I only watch ESPN for live sporting events and it has been fantastic decision. I do watch Mike and Mike in the morning for some background noise. The reason i quit watching was because of shite like the ESPY's. The reporters are friends with the very athletes they are supposed to be reporting on or giving their opinions on these "analysis" shows. This was the best sports related decision I ever made.

I would order a new batch of "Cheap Seats" episodes, and "Top 5 Reasons You Can't Blame..."
I would also start showing any international competition I could get ahold of that the USA was competing in an prey on patriotism for profit.
More regular season coverage of every sport that I have the rights to the NCAA championships to drive fan interest in those sports.
Make ESPN and ESPNU the standard issue channels on cable networks, and shift ESPN2 into the "premium" tiers.
I know there are a lot of hours to fill on their networs, but I'd probably try to find a way to replace at least half of the offseason NFL programming. It's absurd to run NFL Live, and NFL 32, and SC "SPECIALS" on each division every day.
I'd have maybe 1/3 of the on air talent that currently appears in each airing of SC.
I really liked the Late Night show idea, and think that they already have the appropriate talent in SVP and Ruussilo.

I love around the horn.
get your hands off my 2nd favorite show.
I would make the women under 45 wear pasties.
also, every 3rd "white" man on ESPN is a Jew.
they should have more Jews.
that's enough for today.
