Baltimore not realizing their D was gassed, and going pass happy was dumb, even before the score got out of hand.
Not handing off to Rice and having too much faith in Flacco is what helped get Cam Cameron fired.
Denver's Defense didn't really do anything until that Oher got injured correct. Flacco threw some ducks tonight definitely.

That's absolutely true, but Manning has several other postseason missteps -- ie last year.

You guys do realize it's far easier to pass the ball successfully in the NFL today due to rule changes designed to keep simpletons entertained who would otherwise drift off during a 13-7 slugfest, don't you? They've changed the ways offensive lineman block, and the secondary can cover WR's all with the intent to see more passing yards and TD's.
48 tds from 1984 Dan Marino is worth 65 today.

Greatest regular season quarterback? I can see that argument. Greatest of all time? 9-11 postseason is just tough to overlook, especially when you debate greatest of all time.

DS, its going to be hard for the young and the uneducated football fan to persuade the greatness of Joe Montana. Its a shame some of these posters didnt get the privledge watching him be the conducter of the West Coast offense.
