So I guess LeBron is the Pats.
They have gone to 10 Super Bowls but only have 5 Championships.
Steelers went to 8 Super Bowls and have 6 Championships.
Jordan went to 6 Finals and has 6 Championships.
So LeBron is more Brady and Jordan is more Alpha Jack Lambert.

Jordan got tired of winning every time...Lebron...not so much.

What was the criticism of Jordan pre 1991?
He isn’t as good as Magic and Bird because he didn’t make his teammates better. He didn’t help them grow, didn’t show them how to win. While he was killing the league in stats and awards and was undoubtedly the most physically gifted player he didn’t help his team improve.
Kinda reminiscent of Lebron. Yeah he has great stats and got his team to the finals again (testament to his greatness but also the weakness of the East). But has he led any players to improve greatly? No he hasnt, as he hasnt stayed in one place long enough with the same players around him.
At times I compare him to Wilt - supremely gifted physically and a one of a kind player that we won’t see the likes of again. But did Wilt win when he should have all the time and make players better? No and that is why he isn’t recognized as the GOAT. If Wilt had the same career with todays media he would be crowned GOAT as his stats are just ridiculous as Lebron’s are.
Just a thought

Look at key injuries...in Finals

Because Jordan went to college and took 2 years off mid career. It’s really not that hard to understand.

Both Jordan and Lebron take a back seat to that baw from West Monroe.
He played 13 years and won 11 championships.

It's because the east is garbage and lebron only chance of going to that many finals is to stay in the east. Jordan played much tougher competition... sorry

How many first team ALL NBA DEFENSIVE teams has Lebron been on? That is the main difference. The only thing Lebron can do better than MJ is pass the ball and get assists. He can't shoot better from the field or the line than MJ and that is a fact. MJ is the GOAT with Chamberlin as his wing man.

Bill Russell says hello. He had the same amount of championships as MJ, Wilt, and Lebron, combined.

Now it’s about making the league boring and having four good teams.
while I'm no NBA fanatic, I do feel like it's gotten way better than what it was like say maybe 10 years ago? I don't know... to each his own.
The NFL product isn't as good as it once was and MLB is sort of hot-and-cold with it's moments (idk)? To me, the NBA has pulled itself out of a hole (Ron Artest-fan fight/ corrupt ref betting on games) and that's why to me anyway it's viewed as on the up-and-up. I know that isn't a popular opinion but that's right up my alley.
