Hahahahaha? You really think they need him to “save” their season. They don’t play another serious team all year and the kid they brought in completed a more clutch throw on 4th and 6 than any Bryant has completed all year. Clemson is just as good without Bryant as they are with him, even now. He’s the only one that did not realize that.

I know Lawrence got hurt but I haven't followed up on it?

Is he out for the season or something?

The more likely scenario is he gets thrown that money from Bama when the GOAT retires and he keeps that train running another 15 years.

And you won’t hear a word about him being a quitter, or selfish, or anything like that.

If he's only out for a game or two, I don't see why Bryant or Clemson would do anything differently.

Bryant certainly not. Clemson had terrible QB play today, even with Lawrence, they clearly would’ve rathered him be in the field today and going forward

After Brice’s performance, they won’t. Quitter’s gone quit.

And why would I come back to start for one game and then go back to the bench when lawrence comes back and lose a year of elligablilty

College football is a business. Those coaches get paid a ton to make decisions that will win games. For them to pull the trigger on a true freshman over a senior, it’s probably pretty obvious he’s the better QB. You don’t get paid multi million dollar contracts to be fair or show seniority. At the same token, Bryant has every right to want to compete and transfer so he can play, but he can’t be sour towards Clemson because he got beat out.

Just think it'd be a bad look to try to stop him from transferring because you need a qb for one game. Assuming Lawrence has to miss next week. It's Wake and then a bye.

Obviously if he wanted to come back and understood that he's not guaranteed to start in the future, you take him. Otherwise just keep things as they are.

Brice was 7/13 for 83 yards 0 TDs and an INT

Yeah Bryant couldn’t have done that

Sorry, Mr. Bryant. I did not realize you posted on TD. Wish your son he best in his future JR. high coaching and used car salesmen gigs instead of being a back up QB in the NFL. It really is noble work and Inwish I could live that life, so I am not being condescending, just jealous.

These coaches and coaching staffs would quit their team if a better opportunity came around, yet these kids are vilified if they make a “career decision” These young men make the school and the coaching staff very wealthy yet many of them cannot afford to go to McDonalds on the weekends.

Why would he a back up in the NFL if he stayed and rode the bench but not if he transfers?
