Because why would I come back to save your season after you sent me to the bench after bringing you to the playoffs and not losing a game this year and saving your arse against A&M

And why would I come back to start for one game and then go back to the bench when lawrence comes back and lose a year of elligablilty

Let's stop acting like Lawrence is some typical freshman.

I know we're all gun shy as LSU fans, but other teams actually bring in elite QBs that can play at a high level right away. Lawrence is that kind of player.

That being said, Bryant and Clemson both made decisions that were best for their future. No problem with that.

I don't think you took his post the way it was meant to be taken.

Boss- “hey I know you’ve killed it in your role with our company the past two years, but we’re going to promote this new kid and demote you. I know some other companies will try to poach you to work in your old position, but I think it would be really really selfish of you to leave this team right now in the middle of our busy season”

In fairness, Dabo knew he couldn’t make it far in the playoffs with Bryant. The easy schedule was perfect for the youngster to get good experience.

There’s nothing wrong with that at all. But don’t expect Bryant to go “okay great!! I’ll be here on the bench ready to go if you need me coach!! Anything for you!”

They lost to Bama last year. Clemson ain't coming within 3 TDs of Bama this year with either QB.

Their whole schedule is easy.

Why, what did Clemson do?

Kid quit on his team and teammates just because he wasn't going to be the starter and couldn't handle being the backup - exactly what they needed today and exactly what every school has.

You aren't guaranteed to be the starter.

Pete Carroll had a competition for starting spots every week of the season.

You wanna start? Get better. You want to keep your job, better beat the other guy gunning for that spot.

Not run away like a bitch.
