I would t compare Saban's and Harbaugh as personalities. Saban's is likely to make everyone work annoyingly long hours, etc.
Harbaugh is the type of guy who walks up to an intern, fires them and tells them they're a failure to their family with the entire office watching.

I think he is an awesome coach. Def has some sort of peronality disorder but in the end he wins. If he doesn't bring a natty to UM I don't know who does

Harbaugh makes Saban seem likeable. I'm sick of all the drama with the satellite camps, the sleepovers with recruits, the constant whining about the SEC....I hope Michigan gets housed by Ohio State and Michigan State every year until he flees and takes a job with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
