Back to Pitt, Dixon has never had an anchor on D like he his with Steven Adams this year they are lights out defensively. The best I have seen since Butler from 2-3 seasons ago.

The problem is scoring, Ziegler should be starting, they need him playing 25 minutes a night and scoring 10-12 points a game not 16 minutes and 6 points.

I'll be disappointed if we don't make the Final Four.

This years tournament has a boatload of teams that could make it all the way. I think this will end up being one of the best tournaments in recent memory. My bracket is going to be utterly awful, but it usually is.

they have 4 guys who can legitimately score from the perimeter - Erik Murphy, Kenny Boynton, Mike Rosario, and Scottie Wilbekin

Patric Young is a man beast in the paint, Casey Prather is a solid reserve off the bench. And Will Yeguette could return later, provides solid length and athleticism.

I really like this team. They're playing with a lot of passion, something I haven't seen the past 2 years. Erving Walker never showed emotion or passion and I think that rubbed off on the rest of the team.

This year's team is really selfless, plays oustanding defense, and shoots lights out from the perimiter. I'll be disappointed if we don't win it all this year.

you're making no sense. They were in NIT the 2 missing years on that quote. That doesn't count as NCAAT

UF has a shot. I also think if Mizzou could ever play a full 40 minutes they would be scary.

talent is there, just putting it together is key.

I've seen them at times look like the best team in the nation....other times not so much

you said they do well in the ncaa tournament every single year. i said they have only made it past the first round in 2 of the last 5 years. i am correct. making the NIT is not a good thing. it's a bad thing. it is widely accepted that making the NIT means "not making it past the first round of the ncaa tourney."

No you arent. In the past 5 years they've made the tournament, they've advanced past the 1st round 4 out of 5 times

I have never heard that in my life. I don't know who you hear that from, but it is retarded. 2 totally different things. Either way, I'm speaking literally, not figuratively (like what is quoted above), and in a literal sense, they've made it past the 1st round 4 out of 5 times in their last 5 NCAA Tournament appearances

dude all i said was in the past 5 years. on purpose. in order to be right. you read way too much into a fricking slight at them not making the tournament.

I have never heard that in my life

that's because i just made it up. because if you make the nit, you obviously didnt make it past the first round of the tourney.

Billy was actually known as a bit of a choker in the tournament early in his career with a lot of early round exits from decently-seeded teams.

Over the years he's developed into one of the best tournament coaches in the nation. Rarely would you ever say Billy has the most talented team in the nation but every few years he puts his team in position to make a run at a title.

He will likely win at least one more title at Florida before he hangs it up, which is pretty incredible considering he doesn't coach at a basketball school.

Those are two of my favorites to win it all this year. Both teams are really solid.
