They need a coaching change to instill toughness, a scheme change to reflect that toughness, and hard nose players.

The linebackers will be better next year. Mattingly was a bright spot yesterday and he is a frosh. Hollins at OLB is the most promising of the bunch. Next year's front 7 will be very good. I worry about our secondary being gutted. However, we have a lot of raw talent.
It's going to come down to schematic changes. The linebackers this year were better than last year and will be better next year.
