The WNBA should make it a part of the experience, like throwing hats onto the ice for a hat trick in hockey. Hit a 3? Dildos on the court. At least people are showing up to their games

What is this random twitter user complaining about?
At least 2 of the 4 tallywacker tossers were arrested and charged. And I'm sure they were immediately banned by the arenas and WNBA once caught.
The others just didn't get caught because they probably bolted before arena security could figure out who threw it.
