He's a much better coach than Al Golden ever was. People don't know Temple was so down it made Golden look better than he is. But, Golden never beat a conference foe with a winning record at Temple. I will say the Temple job is becoming a good stepping stone job with Golden and Addazio securing better jobs after leaving Temple.

I have to think if Rutgers makes a move Rhule would be at the top of the list. I'm sure he's on Maryland's radar as well.

No need for Ruhle to cash in for Rutgers or Maryland. They are dead-end jobs. Essentially the same intermediate step as Temple. He's better off holding at Trmple and chasing a top end job when he builds a credentials up a little more.

I would consider Maryland and Rutgers on the same level of Temple.

Rutgers and Temple don't have a sports apparel company trying to turn them into east coast Oregon. They could take off if they get the right coach and UVA and Va Tech don't.

Nike got it right with Oregon's forest green and yellow colors and the cachet their track program gives them... but the more alternate and crazy their designs get, the more they get away from when they were great

Don't see it. Don't see a playoff-level or potential job opening up other than USC.

The guy is a coach at TEMPLE! There are already several jobs open that are better jobs than Temple. It wouldn't surprise me if he is the next head coach at Maryland.

He is a big ten guy that has been coaching in the NE for the last 5 years. I would choose USCe over Maryland all day long, but I am not a BIG guy.

It's a better job. It's not a job where he will improve his credentials to get a top job.
It's too early for him to "cash in" for a mediocre job at better pay, unless he's in a situation where he really thinks Temple will take a step back for several years.

This year or next. The defense is the strength of that team and the 2-Deep only has 5 underclassmen on it. This is a Senior/Junior heavy team with quite a few Jucos and transfers. If he gets a P5 offer he gone, the depth chart reminds me a whole lot of the Cal coach when he left La Tech.
