How in the world did trubisky get a starting qb job?

Just watched the lions bears game. Even the bears OC seems scared to let trubisky throw downfield. Guy does not look ready at all.

He's shown some flashes here and there. Just a very green QB. Only way to get him some experience is to start him
He's much improved over Mike Glennon.
Bears need to do what the Rams did. Get rid of the aging washed up coach and bring in a young energetic Offensive guy that likes Tribisky and can work with him.
He's also throwing to NFL practice squad WRs

With this kind of mentality, no wonder there's a lot of terrible QBs in the NFL. He's a rookie and needs time

Would you rather Mike Glennon? I don't know if Trubisky is good yet, but the coaching and talent around him is very questionable.

His numbers weren't out of this world, but he did look pretty good in the Lions game at Soldier Field.

I don't think Trubisky is a great QB by any means at all, but he has BY FAR the least to work with out of any QB in the NFL. His offense line is trash and all his weapons, minus Jordan Howard, shouldn't even be on an NFL roster. Also throw in the fact that John Fox is probably also the worst head coach and should've been fired a while ago.

I'd take Trubisky over Mixer allllll day long. How Deshon Kizer is a starting QB in the NFL is the real question!!!
