How Fast Can You Throw A Baseball?

I feel like with a wind up it'd take me about 4 seconds to throw it. No wind up, considerably quicker. No clue on how hard I could throw a baseball though. Probably mid to low 60s.

I threw one time at a cage that was set up at a family fun center type thing when I was in high school.

in high school, I could throw 92-94 lefty. I could get up to 95 and touch 97 occasionally with my right arm, but I couldn't control it as well as I could lefty.
