re: How do you frick up the coin toss?

I want to know how the referee can determine if the toss is legit or not, after tossing it? A shitty toss should never negate the toss.

Packers had a legit gripe on the first toss being Rodgers called the first flip based on what side was facing up prior to the flip, he called the opposite side.

The question comes in, should he have been given a chance to re-call based on what side was facing up prior to the second?
