Because an unflipped coin is tantamount to just laying the coin down. Just laying the coin down is, obviously, a pretty bad idea.

Honestly i'm impressed. Not a chance in hell that ref could do that again even if he tried

Did Green Bay call heads/tails before the toss or while the toss was mid-air?
