Did nobody watch the 30 for 30. I found it fascinating. Very sad incident.

I did and it was excellent. I knew of the disaster but not the details of how and why it happened. Just a ton of variables all going the wrong way. Just a cluster frick.

Yeah very scary. The footage was haunting. Seems like they would have made changes to stadium after initial incidents.

I looked up the incident after I saw there was 1 minute of silence for the "96" when I was watching the soccer match on TV either yesterday or the day before.
Interesting that there was a 30 for 30 about it just a couple days after I found out what it was.

Tuesday was the 25th anniversary of the tragedy, which is why there is more talk about it now as well as a documentary.

i didnt watch it because the lsu game was on and i forgot to dvr it. might try and catch it later although ive read up on it so i doubt i would learn too much.

I'm sure the soccer fans will say this is a dumb question...but if I'm in a crowd that looks that daunting...my first thought isn't to join in. Does not walking forward never cross these people's mind?
