I actually think you have something with Fears and Queen. Now if your GM can build around them in 3 to 4 years Pelicans will be good. What I notice is coach doesn’t play them enough and needs to let them learn under fire. Its like he’s protecting them but no need its a lost season other than growth for your young players.

They're playing plenty. New hc plays them when they're doing well and benches them when they aren't. Fears averages the 5th most minutes for any rookie and Queen is 9th.
Seriously I fricking hate your team though.
