Well that's BS.

Pretty pathetic that you wanted a murderer’s conviction overturned just because he played for your team.

uhm, that's not how the law is supposed to be applied. How very liberal of them.

This is now the only state where this is the law

I agree about the Urban Meyer protege and that he repped Gator Nation just about as well as could be expected, but I've been trying to find a Florida spin on the story before kicking the story into the SEC.

They also vacate that win UF had over LSU in 2009 when he pushed off?

That was Bradley Cooper but it was before he fricked Gaga and was a racist.

Really the only justification for the doctrine that makes sense, any others clearly don’t the dude was a POS and convicted by a jury of his peers beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law should be acknowledged and derided for being a murderer forever

but what if that trial was tainted by an issue subject to appeal? the trial is only the first phase and they often get things wrong

this ruling neuters the appellate court(s) in both power and importance

Why I said protecting and affirming appellate power was the only reason for this principle to exist that makes sense, doesn’t take away from the fact Hernandez is a POS murderer

could you imagine the public outrage if Adnan Syed or one of those Making of a Murderer guys was killed in prison and effectively ended the case? people would revolt and talk about how this is an even bigger travesty of justice
