Well LSU would've just lost to South Carolina like they always do, so Clark saved the fly-by-night fans a weak of futile hope. She should be thanked.

Was hoping for Iowa to trap lightning in a bottle and squeak out a victory against SC.
Had no real expectation that Iowa could handle the size and strength difference of SC for 4 quarters.
LSU was never going to beat SC. Most LSU fans were never pissed about Clark beating them. She was outstanding against LSU. Tipped the hat to her.
Find something else to melt over. The game is over and the book is closed.
