Whether it's a touchdown or a 3 and out, all of his 57 second offensive drives are going to get his defense killed.

There are no Colorados in the NFC East. There are a bunch of Stanfords, LSUs, Auburns, and USCs, and his record is not great against teams like that.

Disagree. Chip is brilliant, id say its likely he has one of the highest IQs in football today. Plus, he has no family or children so he can devote plenty of time to coaching. His large ego will not let him fail either, Id speculate

And if Coughlin can dismantle it, how can Kelly ever win the NFC East?

Let's use some common sense here. If an uptempo offense is good enough to get you to the Super Bowl, I don't think you should trash it just because you face a D-line on a freaking roll.

The fact that he's not a personable guy is more of a hinderance in college, where you have to deal with obnoxious boosters and recruiting, than it will be in the pros.

You act as though Chip Kelly was utterly dominated by Stanford while he was coaching Oregon, but his record was 2-2. Stanford actually has a pretty good program these days. He was also 3-1 against USC.

But you all are acting like every up-tempo offense is the Patriots too. Lots of those offenses fail.

No kidding. Imagine inviting Tom Coughlin to your BBQ. He would look pissed the entire time.

I wouldn't go that far, but he does try too hard to come out with opinions he knows is gonna draw responses. Loved him at AU, but shut the frick up already.

Yeah most pro coaches don't come off as very nice guys. The coaches whom players take issue with are the Nick Sabans and Bobby Petrinos of the world who think they still coach college football and try to micromanage the players' lives.

I'm not acting like anything. You talk about Chip Kelly having a bad record against USC and Stanford, and I corrected you saying that it wasn't so bad. His two previous regular-season losses are the result of a shitty kicker missing a last-second, chip-shot field goal against top-ten teams.

What even makes Heath Evans a respectable analyst?

Nb4 SuperBowl ring because I couldn't give a flying frick about a ring

Everyone said the same about Schiano and he had a decently successful year at TB

He did? He had a very easy schedule and his wins were...Panthers, KC, Minnesota, Oakland, San Diego, and Carolina again....cant count last game because Falcons could give a fock. 1 playoff team win.
