Favre throwing across his body on the run into the hands of a CB isn’t a fluke lol. It’s classic Favre.

quote:sure.
But they needed Brett Favre to go full retard at the end of the NFC champ game.
quote:how was that a big break? Payton made a gutsy call and they executed it.
And then got the big break with the onside kick to start the 2nd half to stay with the Colts.

Don’t need one. Common sense

Maybe their season as a whole was a fluke, but I'm not gonna say that a team that finished with the best record in the NFL, had to play their conference's second-best team in the NFCCG (i.e., the Vikings weren't upset beforehand) and then had to play the other conference's #1 seed had a "fluky" Super Bowl win. It's not like they got in with a wild card and then there were a bunch of upsets in the playoffs that cleared the path for them or something.

Yeah yeah he's a gunslinger. What it was was fricking retarded, an insane lack of situational awareness from a 20 year vet, multiple MVP, Super Bowl champ, GOAT-tier QB. It'd be like Reggie Jackson pulling a Bill Buckner

Common sense says you’re stupid.

It was Favre pulling a Favre.

Giants won 4 SBs, three of which came on miracle catches and a missed fg. Not bad.
I’ll say Patriots over Rams. That season was flukey.

I know you guys are trolling but in a qb centric NFL the saints beat 3 HOF QBs in the playoffs. I am sure that hasn't happened ever.

The Saints were 13-0 that season before losing the last three. How in the hell can it be a fluke ?

Vikings kicker Ryan Longwell was 26-28 that season, 2-2 from 50+, 8-9 from 40-49
Posted on 11/18/18 at 5:07 pm to genro
And the Vikings were 0-1 in NFC championship games that year.

No. He's right. No team has gotten miraculously lucky in their playoff run.
But you dare say that a team who won a Super Bowl because a nobody wide receiver caught a desperation heave off the top of his helmet....
