I think it's fair to bump Lebron out of the top 3 for the time being.

Because he was awesome against worse teams a year ago?

The logic of that gotcha thread doesn’t follow, IMO.

Given that damn near everyone makes the NBA playoffs...Lebron could not even get the LA freakin Lakers there. LMAO.

KD needs to not ride the coattails of Steph and Klay if he wants to be considered the best.

Lebron is still the best with Kawhi as his challenger.

Your list included a 2nd team player and another player that didn’t receive any votes.

Lol Gina don’t even shoot 50% from ft in the last four games. All L by the way. And don’t close games out on offense. He is like a two down NFL player. Not a closer. Not a three down guy. CC woulda g swept both these teams.

What? Same league, including 4 games against GS in those numbers. The worse teams argument is weak.

LeBron missed 1/3 of the season and was still voted 3rd team All NBA. That's actually incredible.

2019 Bucks/Sixers > 2018 Boston/Toronto

When considering the injuries I don’t think it’s even that close.

Plus Kawhi hasn’t played GS yet so it seems disingenuous to factor those numbers in.

By the time next season starts, those finals would be a year and a half old.

That’s bc certain media members are scared to lose their access to lebron if they don’t vote for him. There was An article about it on Twitter.

Considering the team LeBron had surrounding him, it's a wash at best.

You think Kawhi's numbers will improve even more in the Finals vs GS?

Or, you know, because his numbers were still fantastic. Same with Curry getting 3rd team last year in 51 games.

Tbf Lebron and his Cavs bested a KD-less Warriors team, with some magnificent numbers might I add. Kawhi has a chance, he will be the best player GSW has seen all post season

Double standard Bc of the media fear of access Hardwn average 26/6/6 and didn’t make any teams bc he went 41-41. Lebron had a much worse locker room year but guys scared to lose they access.

You’re smarter than this.

It’s his first ever deep postseason run. Some of y’all are insane with the expectations.

LBJ used to be a pussy about closing out big games and your boy Harden just two years ago put forth the biggest beta performance ever by a so called superstar in an elimination game.
