I think they are now the 'NFL is scripted/rigged' crowd.
Yeah, because the 24 points scored in the final 2 minutes of the NFL's key marquee playoff match-up (KC-Bills) and "glorious" shoot-out can't possibly be scripted or allowed to play out; offenses ALWAYS march down the field for TDs in seconds against "TOP" DEFENSES. NOTHING odd at all in that game.
Good thing refs don't routinely misplace the 1st Down ball markings, call key flags on 3rd or 4th down, "roughing" for coincidental bumping QBs...
Regarding the Rams-Bucs theater:
Kinda weird about the Rams' comically bad snap when they were just about to ice the game; the convenient half-inch line fumble at the end of the 1st half; the inexplicable, untimely INTs and sandbagged offensive output (so the Bucs and Brady could mount their impossible comeback mid-way 3rd Q).
Nope. Nothing to see here -- let's all move on from any long alleged ridiculous claims of NFL "rigged" and "scripted" from "The Crowd".

Terrible isn’t the right word. It’s a different product than what a lot of people grew up watching. It’s a soft product. Week in week out the product isn’t that great.
But yes if you want to take the best pro wknd of the year and say the product is great then go for it.

I'll let you in on a secret, when you run customers off, they don't come back, it doesn't matter if the product changes and one weekend certainly wouldn't have made a difference anyway

From a purely "WWE Entertainment" perspective OR from a "realistic NFL football" standpoint?
To be fair, both perspectives simultaneously can be claimed to be legit -- depending on your expectation of "NFL Football".

Don't blame the messenger -- you can't make up the ending to yesterday's game, or to the insane "endings" of at least 25 games this year.
If pure orchestrated "Entertainment" is what a NFL viewer wants, then enjoy.
For others who've been watching a while, we're not impressed by routine 60 second TD drives, Marshmallow-soft rules and D, ref-abuse, and games scripted & rigged for maximum buzz and Marvel-type super-hero QBs.
So yes -- the NFL is now a turrible version of the WWE with pads and a football.
Jesus Christ.
Get help.

Pretty sweet tin foil hat you’re wearing.

All true.
But in some other NFL Universe, we are ALL expected to fall in love with routine 900 yards of offense, no-touch Princess QB rules, and 30-second game winning TD drives.

You had games where teams struggled to score for most of the game.
The boom, suddenly in the last five minutes everyone can score willy-nilly.
I mean it's the opposite of the NBA, where everyone can score until the last five minutes so the refs can keep it close.
The NFL still has a problem, unless no one cares that it's turned into TECMO BOWL. You shouldn't be able to kick a FG starting at your own 20 with 13 seconds and no T.O.s...that's just flag football stuff.
It looked like the Red River Shootout over the weekend. Soft, push out of bounds, afraid to touch the receivers or QB tackling. There's no hard hits anymore, can't jar the ball loose or touch a receiver. You just let him catch the ball and hope he runs out of bounds so you don't have to tackle him.

Thanks
(I'd *love* to be a True Believer in the new NFL Fairy-Tale Endings league where I'm sporting blinders and suspending all logic.)

I'm glad I'm not the only one noticing; It's embarrassing.
Defenses are especially paranoid about hitting QBs. I've never seen so many (ineffective) arm tackles of QBs. This is why Allen and Mahomes and others can be so fearless. (Kinda like "cheating" in a way).
