Expounding on the issue in an ESPNU Radio interview, Harbaugh delved into a discussion about players citing mental health issues as reason to transfer.

In a rambling response to a question about transfers, Harbaugh volunteered the topic of mental health and said that football players “shouldn’t be lying” while suggesting that some players who claim mental health problems in transfer situations aren’t being truthful.

The last thing any college coach should be advocating against, is lying. That’s their bread & butter.

Harbaugh seems pretty on the spectrum. Although he’s right

The dip shittery by the Michigan punter in 2015 against Michigan State really cost all of us. Would have been an all time great skull fricking of Michigan by Alabama in that opening round playoff. Harbaugh is such a clown especially after hearing his idiocy of acting like Josh Gattis is the savior of his offense in the BIG10 media session.

No one should lie bout anything. Maybe Jim and other coaches should give their opinion on lying when it comes to their agents and what they say on their behalf.

This uhhhh might not go well for Jim.

I think he was talking about that in reference to a player who transferred from Michigan to UC and was denied a waiver for immediate eligibility. The player claimed he was suffering from anxiety and depression and wanted to be closer to home.

Even if Harbaugh is right, it’s tough to win here by calling this player a liar

Well that is true, but they also shouldn't have to be tied to a school that exploits them without having to serve a large penalty to leave.

College coaches shouldn't be sleeping over at a 17 year old recruits home either.

Supposedly Harbaugh tried to clear this up.

He wants every player to get one transfer in their career free of any restrictions or sitting out, so they won't have to lie about waivers.

There is no "us" when it comes to Bama and college football. Everyone else would have been rooting for Michigan.
