Actually MJ's baseball decision was made soon after his father was found murdered at a rest stop in NC.

No I'm pretty sure his gambling caught up with him.

And I'm a Jordan guy. The truth is the truth.

Jordan would have been a nobody if he had to play in Kobe's NBA

Jordan dominated the game during what was the golden era of the league. He is the GOAT.

Stockton trying to guard Russell Westbrook?

Westbrook is a special player. But you, like so many people, underestimate Stockton.

Gary Payton was a better defender and outside shooter than Westbrook, and he was easily as athletic. If Stockton could guard Payton, Kevin Johnson, Tim Hardaway, Jason Kidd, and Kenny Anderson in their primes, he could handle Westbrook.

On the other hand, I'd like to see how quickly Stockton would get in Westbrook's head after setting a couple of hard screens.

LeBron plays in a better league than the one Jordan played in

The median is better, by extension of players growing up playing with the 3 point shot. However, I think we can all agree that rule changes have made them very different eras. It's easier to defend great bigs now in the post, therefore it extends the idea of spacing and 3 point shooting being more vital.Real hand-checking isn't allowed-or even the forearm like in the 90s, so driving (into the crowded lane) now gives the kick out more importance. Today you have more catch and shoot/ 3&D guys on the wing while in the past you had slashing wings.

While defensive rotations are better now, without a shadow of doubt the era of Jordan was far more physical and the athletes of that time weren't privy to the medical treatment or travel accommodations, nor the idea of resting players in season that todays players are.

LeBron is a top 10 player ever but Michael Jordan was better.
