Agree 100%. Regardless of whether or not Tre was holding him (I think he was), you can't cheap shot a player like that and then defend it by saying "It was just emotion. I think he held me but I didn't get a flag so I was angry."

After closer examination they are very similar. While Lattimore wasn’t hit directly in the head, it could just as easily have caused a head injury.
