It was just the fact that we had them on the ropes when it happened which pisses me off about it.
You have to be damn near perfect to suffocate OKC on the road. More of those 2nd halves and fewer of those 1st halves would be helpful

They are so good at attacking you after a defensive rebound.

Missed too many free throws
Exerted a lot of energy making the run and couldn't get over the hump
It will most likely be a long series, so it is what it is. Move on and hope we see more of the 2nd half Westbrook.

Blaming the refs is about as unmanly as it gets, homie.

Especially when you may have the two of the slowest bigs on the NBA in Zbo and Gasol
We are screwed when Conley gets into the paint and we don't score.

Yeah if you crash the offensive glass, you damn well better get that board or you can ring up two the other way.

Dude the disparity was 21-3 at one point in the 2nd.
What are you talking about?
Memphis had a 20-11 free throw attempts advantage in the first half:

Conley drove a bunch only to dribble it back out. He also was bad from 3. Not his best game.
Gasol looked great though. I know he didn't score much but OKC doesn't have an answer for him. He needs to get more touches if y'all want to win this series.

Yep, jumper was really off. He is sadly still far from 100%. He has a bum ankle and messed up hamstring. We really missed Calathes tonight. We could have used his defense.

Just always the issue with Marc, not aggressive enough. We saw it in the 4th though.

Got it, thought that meant 2nd quarter.
To me it seemed Memphis got a lot of the calls in the first half and OKC got a lot of the calls in the second half. Really believe it evened out and didn't have as much effect on the game as you're saying.
Biggest factors of the game were Memphis missed free throws (58%) and OKC's blocks.
Still wouldn't be surprised to see this thing go 6+ games although I hope I'm wrong.

Gasol has to assert himself and get Ibaka in foul trouble to put pressure on OKC. He absolutely locks down the paint. Gotta make him tentative with foul trouble.

Momentum, broseph
Makes a big difference when playing your Thunder.

I absolutely loved Adams' defense on Gasol. He gave him problems. Rotation of Perkins and Adams on Gasol will cause problems this series. Don't like Ibaka or Collison trying to guard him.

You gotta keep Collison on Zbo.
Hopefully Joeger realizes he HAS to start Tony Allen on KD Monday.

There were some absolutely horrible fouls called in favor of Memphis in the 1st half that kept the Grizzlies remotely in the contest. Take out 3-4 of those and it could have been a 30+ lead and Memphis never would have gotten as close as they did.
Can't comment on 1 part of the questionable calls and not mention the other (and it's affect on the game).

Durant will get his 23-30+.
Deciding factors for OKC's success (or failure) will be Westbrook scoring and Ibaka blocking/scoring.
Westbrook scared me in that 3rd quarter but overall had a damn good game and showed how important he is vs. Memphis.

You're missing my point.
I'm not even trying to talk down y'all's win. OKC as a team feeds off of momentum altering calls more than anyone else in the league. Just the way y'all are constructed.
