If I wasn't a packers fan id say CFB was better. However I believe the fan base and atmosphere of a Sunday night game against a good team matches up against college football. (Also helps having Favre and Rodgers back to back to help my love of the NFL grow larger than CFB)

This also may have to do with watching Aaron Rodgers every game. I go from watching LSU barely be able to complete a pass on Saturday, to flawless passing on Sunday

#6 CFB doesnt team up with the NCAA to remove the university from one location, and move it somewhere that already didnt care in the first place, just so the president can make more money.

I think the best part is how they'll tell you they really don't care and they're just telling it how it is

Look at states like South Carolina and Alabama. 4 million people and each state has 2 college teams that average at or over 80k per game.

Your average college fan has much more of a connection to a team than your NFL fan. It's amazing to see the number of Steelers fans, Patriots fans and Cowboys fans in other regions of the U.S. who have zero connection to their teams.

It is a joke that an NFL team is playing on a baseball field. Oakland was by far the trashiest stadium compared to the rest of the league.

I can gamble profitably on CFB.

Might as well toss $50s in the garbage disposal on Sundays.

1. Cheerleaders better in college
2. If going to games, Saturdays are much easier for college than NFL
3. Regular season games more important in college
4. College marching bands
5. Nothing like that 1st weekend of college football (official start of football season, Pre-season NFL doesn't count).
6. Having a reason to be on campus and see all of the places you used to hang out during the best time of your life.
7. Fantasy football (while I love it) impact on NFL of 'rooting' for your FF players against your team.
8. Goodell has nothing to do with college football.
9. Many more styles of play in college football from spread offenses, Navy, SEC smash-mouth, and evolving new wrinkles.
10. Novelty of two big-time programs playing each other from different regions of country that have never or rarely played in past.

*I was only going to list 5 reasons but there were a few extras that I thought were worth mentioning.

CFB has a family atmosphere and apart from some rowdy drunk college kids - respectful fans.

1. NFL fans are trash
2. NFL fans are trash
3. NFL fans are trash
4. NFL fans are trash
5. NFL fans are trash
