Outfielder Steven Wells blasted a solo home run in the top of the 13th inning and Florida State got a brilliant relief effort from freshman C.J. Van Eyk to record a 3-2 victory against the rival Clemson Tigers.

1,976 victories in 38 years plus a few games to go equals 52 wins a year.that is crazy.

Seems almost inconceivable to make the postseason 38 years in a row and not have a championship.
