Adding "The" in front of the name to any college kind of makes it sound like there's several colleges with the same name, but this one is THE only true one.

Terrible idea; this was ridiculous and played out when the Suck-eyes started doing it years ago.
It's even worse in this case considering the fact that they aren't even close to being "THE" best team in their own state.
