It’s over with and he got away with it, but I’d have been more scared of this or PI or even a roughing the passer than them completing a 3rd and 19 backed up like that. And with their WRs, picking that up wasn’t out of the question.
It was a half-the-distance penalty, so I don’t know how much field position difference it actually made. Only thing that makes sense is it Dabo really was afraid they’d go for it.
