Three INTs yesterday...more in one game than TL has thrown all season...so much for the Heisman hype. Next...

Indiana is a great team. I wouldn't hate on JF too much.

Umm..Indiana is a basketball school and a perennial doormat in B1G football.

ETA: Not “hating” on JF...he’s a phenomenal QB.
I’m speaking to the legion of tRant posters who believe JF is a better QB than TL...

Not everyone can play Clemson's schedule every year.

Ok...he only has the highest QBR rating but that’s not the point I guess.

Please...there aren’t any good conferences this year so Bama and tOSU have the same cakewalk as Clemson. 63-3 ring a bell??

He's also missed 2 games including the loss to ND. Doesn't matter how good he can be if he's standing next to Dabo. Before yesterday, Fields had as many tds as incompletions. I'm a Lawrence over Fields guy long term but it's not as clear cut as some make it out to be.

Don’t disagree...but TL has still played more games than Fields despite sitting past two games so there’s that.

No one cares what happened last year except LSU fans...just like no one cares what happens in 2018 except Clemson fans...move on (although I can see how that might be difficult for LSU fans this season).

Not disagreeing that fields looked pretty pedestrian.

IU was legit going into the game and Tom Allen has improved the program.

Clemson was a perennial underachiever themselves until Dabo got their shite together.

Why does a team's past matter for this season?
