I mean it's pretty obvious that things like fitness and reaction times are not the same between men & women. You have to be in great shape to ref many sports , except maybe baseball or tennis.

I believe that a woman can equal some men & can also meet the standard required to be a ref. The rub is that said woman is a much bigger statistical outlier than a comparable man, because she is starting at a lower level of fitness & reaction.

I assume it’s a fact.
