I hope so. Hero he looked good, wasn't blocking things. Just some minor tweaks and tightening things up, but it was a swing that could win tournaments if cleaned up. The past two days, not so much. If he doesn't close off some, it will be a lot of this to come.

Has Tiger given us the unofficial guided tour today or is he playing solid golf?
Yesterday reading the thread, it sounded like he gave us a preview of starting to get wild with the irons and Driver.

It has been a grind today as well. He's hit a few better drives today and a few worse shots around the green.
Yesterday, he was fine if he was in the fairway, that just never happened. His irons were fine, he just rarely had a great shot due to his drives.
He's even for the day, so there's that.

Is this a PGA tour thread or a Tiger nutlicking fest?
Rose and Sned just made incredible par saves and no comments.
While the golf coverage is better today, it still sucks. Guys making moves up the leaderboard and zero coverage.
Oh, since the marquee group are all going to miss the cut, golf coverage will get back to normal.
Oh part II, Tiger sucks.

That save by Rose was awesome. I have zero idea how Sneds got relief next to that fence. Great save, but I feel like he was incredibly lucky.

You'll get plenty of coverage this weekend. Cool your tits.

Well it is CBS, so maybe you won't get a ton of coverage

true
back to the tiger ball licking though.
I really am baffled with his alignment. On his approach shot on 9, his body is aimed well left of the green. May be part of the camera angle, but compared to Day and Johnson, he seemed to be even left of the bunkers in the back, yet he is trying to hit a draw. Just doesn't make sense.
ETA: A lot of people have noticed it. Why in the world hasn't he or his caddy?

And Sneds rolls another one in. But back to the marquee group.

I mean, maybe he's going for the Ryan Moore style of golf, where you aim left and hit a beautiful draw. Didn't see any of that this weekend.
I was definitely disappointed with Tiger's swing, especially compared to the last time I saw it. Short game looks great though. It will be interesting to see how he plays over the next monthly stretch.

You act like this is new. They are the featured gorup. This isn't full coverage. Kind of how it has always happened.

When is the last time you've watched a tournament on the weekdays?

Rose's chunk on 18 was one of the top 5 worst pro shots I've ever seen ... totally chunked a 90ish yard wedge from the fairway ...

Really considering dropping $50 on Phil at 40 to 1 to win today

Damn, that's a tempting one

Tony is helping me for sure. I have 5 guys in the top 12 in draft kings. Going to be glued to this today.

Looking forward to some great golf today

Snedz bogies #1. Rodgers takes over the lead.
Finau just hit an incredible bunker shot.

Despite the lack of big names, this tournament is awesome with how packed the leaderboard is.
