Yep. I'd lean towards him being well informed and maybe more informed than most on racial differences.
Maybe he tried to thin out the renters that were consistently late in payment, damaged his properties, or involved themselves in illegal activities and had heightened police presence due to gang associations known for violence and drug sales.

He is obviously a highly intelligent man, you don't get to his level being an idiot, with tons of life experience so once again its not ignorance. He is just a racist, plain and simple.

Our sources say sometime after the tape was recorded on April 9 ... Stiviano and Sterling got in an argument because he wanted her to sign a confidentiality agreement ... which she would not. We're told he then denied ever making the racist statements on the tape, so she played the entire tape for back him ... before it was ever posted on TMZ Sports.

The fact that people want to take away his team and other punishments are insane. Its just such baby reactions wanting momma and daddy to punish the bad man, I dont know where or when as a culture we came to think its a right not to ge offended but it is just baby nonsense. Being a dick and a complete retard is a god given right. And true free market response would be actual fans not going to games, but we somehow think pressuring sponsors to withdraw and letting people who didnt support or watch said offenser anyway dictate the decision.
