People thought Michigan was going to win today? that win over OSU was a total fluke and had a horrendous OOC schedule. They are an average team at best.

I mean...since August 30, 2008, Alabama can say it has:
- A 189-21 overall record
- Six national championships
- Eight Southeastern Conference championships
- Seven CFP appearances
- 14 11-win seasons
- 15 10-win seasons
It's not difficult to prop something like that up.

This is why the BCS and the playoff needed to be invented. Writers and coaches “knew” blue bloods like tOSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, USC, Penn State, etc were the best teams without having to justify their opinions beyond the “eye test.”
Saban should be an optometrist when he retires based on how much experience he has with the eye test. A big whiner.

Michigan and TCU never passed the eye test. Nor did Ohio State for that matter.
This is a year where the media should go back to the way they used to do it and award the national title to Georgia before the bowl games.

It’s why the playoff should put in all conference winners and a couple wildcards. There are too many teams to make a proper judgement on who is better than who.
