I agree. Ainge has failed at finding role players in the late rounds of the draft. He's failed over and over again at those pics (Word to RJ Hunter). But you have to give him credit for landing the big time talent, whether it be in free agency or the draft. We have to remember that it was seen as a reach to take Brown at 3 and to trade back to take Tatum. No GM's track record is perfect. I would still take the guy that has a record of getting the top end guys on the roster.

Ditto. He was never lucky enough to fall backwards into Zion or AD. Plus no big free agent wants to go to Boston. He has done the best that he can with what he has.
