This has to be one of the most idiotic threads I've seen posted on the More Sports Board.
First: Why would Dwight Howard want to go to Minnesota?
Small market team, haven't made the playoffs in years, and they would be losing their best player in this trade along with draft picks. What's enticing about that as a free agent?
Second: Dwight Howard has given every indication in interviews that he has no intentions to leave LA. Sources are saying the exact same thing as well. He even said in an interview the other day "I've already decided where I'm playing next year". Meaning it's highly unlikely he leaves.
Third: The Lakers have a history of not building through the draft. They use draft picks for trade leverage. They're a large market team with a winning history, so free agents and players demanding trades want to play for them. So a bunch of draft picks wouldn't be enticing to them if they're losing Dwight Howard
Overall, this was just a dumb post.
