i guess i need to watch this fight. i think pac should have lost to marquez. i'm not a pac fan and i'm objective about boxing (not that i agree with some standard judging philosophies)

Manny has been on the other side of some close fights for sure. The Marquez fight was probably arguable for either side. But this one wasn't really. it was a fricking joke. Even if you are trying to be a devils advocate it's hard to make a case for this travesty.

What time did the fight end? I know they weren't going to start it to the Heat/Celtic game ended.

I think its worth noting that of the 87 unofficial scorecards that boxing sportswriters typically follow.....86 of 87 cards had Pacquiao as the winner.

These ridiculous posters that claim that the fight was really close are complete trolls.

tbh I was so flabergasted I didn't check my watch. But it had to be close to midnight central time.

Im a fan of boxing and everyone in boxing.
Except Manny who people claim is a better boxer than Floyd... That is when you let your biased opinion out in the fact you do believe Floyd is the best. Then you forget to remain objective when it comes to either's fights and spin things to how you perceive them. It is ok, many people do it and you are not alone in doing this.

Do you think that since the fight would be ending so late, maybe having 2 judges over the age of 70 wasn't a good idea?

Perhaps. But it was in Vegas and hopefully those frickers were so hopped up on viagra they didn't notice it was almost 10pm when it was time for their final decision.

On the real though, I don't know many people that actually watched this fight (and I watched it with like 200 people that were drinking and talking loudly so it wasn't like I was "influenced" by the HBO commentators bias) that think this decision was legit. It was so bad that it reeks of corruption. Like I can almost guarantee you that one of the 2 judges that had Bradley was either 500K deep into the mob or he was so fricking senile he didn't need to be there.

Its no biased opinion. Floyd is better, no doubt about it. I love Manny. I love that he brought the CASUAL fans to my Number 1 sport. But Floyd and Manny arent in the same class. Floyd is an all timer. Manny not so much. Marquez proved that and Bradley just proved it.

boxing matches have been rigged for over 100 years. It is hardly surprising, and I'm shocked that people even care about boxing at this point.
