if you were around for the birth of the sports blog though, you know drew very well. kissing suzy kolber was some funny shite, and drew was the star. he popularized the fake conversation with a sports personality that is now ubiquitous...from rex ryan to philip rivers to TAWMMY FROM QUINZEE.



then he moved over to deadspin, where he's been since, along with writing now for GQ and also his own novels. THIS GQ story on bourdain is magnificent.

anyway, drew suffered a major brain injury last year, and now he's telling what actually happend. its pretty harrowing
