Based on this thread??? DUDE... You really need to get a grip.... I OWN you when it comes to the NFL HISTORY... GO PLAY[WITH YOUR KID] In traffic.. I bet he/she fairs better than you.............
You dont know what an individual record is in football. Just because youre close to dying doesnt make you knowledgeable. Youre a drunk momma's boy.

Fair enough. If you look at Jones on God given ability yes he's in top 20% but I think there's more than that.
The two guys who gets shite on is Bradshaw and Williams.
Bradshaw was a guy who has played his goofiness into cash but the guy was a hell of a QB. Williams if he doesn't get fricked by Culverhouse would have potentially been discussed as an elite 80's QB.

I just feel that the greatness of Unitas(and really all of the qbs in the earlier eras) has been over shadowes by todays over inflates passing numbers. Numbers achieved by neutering the defense as much as possible.
When Unitas retired he was the alltime leader in passing tds and passing yards and if you asked any of today's kids they wouldn't know who he is.

What have you been right about? All youve done is make personal attacks towards me while Sms151t have a cordial discussion about qbs. Grow up

Yeah i was glad to see you give Moon some love. He rarely gets mentioned in alltime greats. Had he joined the NFL right out of collegen he wouldve probably owned every passing record.

I get what you are saying about Unitas but I just move him lower as more athletic QB and certain guys have gone through their career.
The interesting guy will be Romo when he retires. He will have all the yardage, comebacks, TD:int ratio. But is he an all time great? No, but he was great in his era. He is getting the backlash of being a Cowboy. To me he is 3 Rd best in Dallas. I think if the Cowboys would have ever unleashed Troy, like Landry would have, we'd talk about him and Roger as Gods.
But Jimmy built it the right way around his specialty, run the ball and great defense.
You can see Frank Broyles in Johnson, Gibbs, and Carrol.

Really anytime you rank qbs from different eras its always subjective.
The only way you can really rank them is to see how much better they were than other qbs in their era and even that is skewed by rule changes.

I think the 2 guys from 70's-80's that would've been stars now are:
Staubach
Tarkenton
Both ran both had great arms and won.

Bruh youre a drunk mommas boy. Contribute to the discussion or go run that dick sucker of yours in another thread.
I never get owned. Especially not when we are talking about SUBJECTIVE lists. Do i need to explain what subjective is? Sms151t cant own me because we are USING OPINIONS.
His opinion is no more valid than mine and vice versa.
Go cry to your drunk momma.

I was never lost dipshit. We are using OPINIONS. My opinion was that Unitas needed to be above Graham and Baugh. His was that he didn't. Neither one of us were right or wrong because its subjective. Try to keep up.
You ruin every thread because youre a dumbass that thinks he actually knows sports. Youre pathetic drunk.

I'm not sure Tarkenton was top 3 of 70's Peej, but for his combined 60's and 70's yes he's a top 2, with Roger.
If I'm ranking Bradshaw (just 70's) has to go ahead just because of how he ran that offense. He always knew when to go big. He was last of the guys to call his own plays.
That to me is why I put Bradshaw in top 25 of all time.

You're talking to someone who thinks Brady isn't even a top 5 QB of his era.

This is where you are out of your league.... You look at books ... Stick to recent college football.... You have zero clue about how the NFL evolved.... You look at stats ONLY...
Where does the 7 technique line up?
Whats the main concept behind the air coryell?
You dont know a single thing about the actual game of football.
Youre a drunk mommas boy that cries himself to sleep. Youre pathetic.

You may want to check the thread again.
Anyone that doesnt have Brady as a top 5 qb altime should be ignored. I listed brady top 5 in this thread. I even said a case can be made for all top 5 to be #1.
