I'd say Nebraska's WVB program does - they constantly sell out their arena to the point that they're hosting a game in Memorial Stadium next year and are expected to seat over 75k for it.
so is this what happens when your football team stops winning?

Revenue isn’t profit.

Not in team sports with the exception of UConn. Individual sports they do, especially over seas.

In any sport other than football, nearly all of the profit is in TV contracts. Maybe a blue blood basketball program like UK, KU, UNC, Duke or a baseball program like LSU that can sellout 30 home games with season ticket holders can make some profit off ticket sales, but generally basketball and baseball tickets are cheap.
And the only sports that have massive TV contracts are football and mens basketball.

LSU baseball loses almost $2 mil annually, Rantards who think it's #2 over basketball aren't gonna like that.

Aside from football, how many college programs (men and womens) turn a profit?

I would assume that the LPGA and Women's pro tennis turn profits... but that might just be a bad assumption.
I think tennis does, but since all of their big tournaments are tied into men's tournaments, it's hard to really determine in a vacuum.
I'd be shocked if LPGA actually turns a profit in any real way.
